Atlantic County Sheriff's Office will Resume Sheriff Sales on Thursday, October 31, 2024.

Please be advised that the Atlantic County Sheriff’s Office will resume Sheriff Sales on Thursday, October 31, 2024, at 12:00 pm.  Pending judicial review of the Community Wealth Preservation Program (“CWPP”), the Atlantic County Sheriff’s Office will not recognize the first/second right of refusal to a next of kin, tenant, or nonprofit community development corporation.  The Sheriff Sales shall continue in the matter prior to the enactment of CWPP, except for a defendant/ homeowner, seeking a right of first refusal under the CWPP.  Please be guided accordingly.
